Exchange Policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date which depends on the supplier's rules.
- The exchange request should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
Exchange Process:

- Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide details about the item you wish to exchange.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs:

Store Credit:
In certain cases where an exchange is not feasible or the customer prefers an alternative, we offer store credit as an option.
Store Credit Conditions:
- Store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.
- Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website.
Return Shipping for Store Credit:

Shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Elementi product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Warranty:
- Ocean Rock USA inc. doing business as Elementi warrants Elementi fire features accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

REFUND AND RETURN FEES
The following applies to change of mind returns:
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and in case you originally received free delivery, the re-shipping fee will be based on your location and the size of the items you are returning.
If you originally paid for the delivery, this shipping fee will not be refunded and the re-shipping fee will be based on your location and the size of the items you are returning.
Storage, delivery upgrade and re-delivery fees will not be refunded.
If you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect and you wish to return it, you will not be charged a re-shipping fee.
RETURNS PROCESS
If your item(s) are unused, unassembled, and still in original packaging and are not otherwise ineligible for a return, you can request a return by sending an email to returns@outdoorsurplususa.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the unused, unopened item(s). This can be a simple cell phone photo - we just need this photo for reference in case the item(s) are damaged when they are shipped to us
You will receive a return email from us either approving the return or requesting more information.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Carver Poly 10FT x 16FT Educational Greenhouse Kit is non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
