Company overview 

Outdoor Surplus USA started in my bedroom after the sudden idea of creating and launching an authorized e-retail corporation. With product research and innovative opportunities, we created our e-commerce brand named Outdoor Surplus USA because we sell outdoor furniture and outdoor decor in surplus. We created this brand to sell to residential home owners products that promote well being but expanded our product catalog to the government of the United States. 

Outdoor Surplus USA is structured as a Sole proprietorship/ Single Member LLC and was incorporated on August 7, 2024 in Santa Clarita, California. Only two directors are a part of the firm but has considered adding another director to the family. Since we built this business in our parents home, our business location has been remote and is a place where we dedicate our space for our government contracting business. Any new business has to select a market and product they will jump into while our company has 3 years of internet sales experience sourcing and selling furniture and what transparency and compliancy is required in this space.
